Principle

When there is air in the suction pipe of the water pump, the negative pressure (vacuum) formed when the pump is working is used to raise the water pressure lower than the suction port under the action of atmospheric pressure, and then discharge it from the drain end of the water pump. There is no need to add "diversion (water for guiding)" before this process. In other words, a miniature water pump with this self-priming capability is called a "miniature self-priming pump". Abbreviation: The principle of "micro suction pump" is similar to that of a micro vacuum pump.

Power distribution problem

People often ask whether it is possible to use accumulators or batteries to power the micro water pump. This is okay. First of all, the voltage must match, 12V; second, the length of time the battery is used is measured by AH (Ampere hour). Assuming that a 12V20AH battery or battery is used as a power source, the actual current of the pump is 2A (the current depends on the working conditions). In theory, it can be used for 10 hours; if it is changed to 12V30AH, the time can be extended to 15 hours.

Of course, the larger the AH (ampere hour), the more expensive the battery.

Selection Guide

1. Large flow requirements (approximately 4-20 liters/min), low pressure requirements (approximately 1-3 kg), mainly used for water circulation, water sampling, lifting, etc., requiring low noise, long life, and high self-priming Process, etc., BSP, CSP, etc. series can be selected;


2. The flow requirement is not high (about 1~5 liters/minute), but the pressure is relatively high (about 2~11 kg), mainly used for spraying, pressurizing, car washing, etc. It does not need to work for a long time under high pressure or heavy load , You can choose ASP, HSP, etc. series;


3. It is used for small flow pumping, spraying, etc., requiring the volume to be as small as possible, the flow requirement is small, and the noise is low (about 0.1~3 liters/min), and ASP series are optional.self-priming pump

4. High temperature working medium (0-100), water or gas (may be mixed with water and gas or idling, dry rotation occasions), value volume, noise, continuous use and other performance. The pump needs to run idling and dry for a long time. If there is both water and gas in the pipeline, you need to choose the WKA series of water and gas dual-purpose pumps. The WKA series of miniature water pumps are especially suitable for occasions where water and air are present. For the above applications, WKA series can be selected.


5. There is a large requirement for the flow rate (more than 20 liters/min), but the medium contains a small amount of oil, solid particles, residues, etc.
